1. Overview and acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of anvigela.com (the “Website”) and any related services, content, features, or transactions (collectively, the “Services”) operated by Auto Boom ApS (“Auto Boom”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By visiting, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

5. Products, information, and availability
We sell products including pyjamas, bedding, slippers, and face masks.
We strive to display product information accurately. However:

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or change product specifications at any time.
6. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion. An order is not accepted until we confirm shipment (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
We reserve the right to cancel any order and refund any amounts paid if we cannot fulfill the order or if we reasonably suspect abuse, fraud, technical errors, or pricing/discount errors.
7. Prices, taxes, duties, and billing
Prices are shown on the Website and may change without notice. Any shipping costs, taxes, and other fees will be shown at checkout (where applicable).
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing and shipping information.
7.1 Taxes, duties, and import charges (important for EU/UK/USA)

EU (outside Denmark): local VAT rules may apply depending on checkout setup.

UK & USA: import duties, customs fees, local taxes, and carrier handling fees may apply. Unless we explicitly state “duties/taxes included,” these charges are the customer’s responsibility and are paid to customs/carriers, not to us.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
If an order is refused due to import charges and returned to us, we may refund the order minus outbound shipping and any return-to-sender or handling fees charged to us (where permitted by law).
8. Payments
Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card details.
If your payment is reversed (chargeback) or fails, we may cancel the order and/or restrict future purchases, and we may require an alternative payment method for future orders.
9. Shipping and delivery
We ship to Denmark, the EU, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, force majeure, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
9.1 Risk of loss and delivery issues
To the extent permitted by law, risk transfers to you when the order is delivered to the address provided by you (or made available for pickup).
If a package is returned due to:

incorrect/incomplete address,

refusal to accept delivery,

failure to collect from a pickup point,
-
repeated failed delivery attempts,
we may (at our choice) reship at your expense or refund the order minus shipping/handling and any return-to-sender fees charged to us (where permitted by law).
10. Returns, refunds, and hygiene restrictions (30 days)
Our standard return period is 30 days from delivery, subject to the conditions below and any mandatory rights under applicable law.
10.1 Return conditions (all returns)
Returned items must be:

unused, unwashed, and in resalable condition,

with all original tags/labels attached,
-
in original packaging where applicable.
We may refuse returns or reduce refunds where items show wear, odor, stains, washing, damage, or missing components.
10.2 Hygiene / sealed goods — bedding and face masks
For hygiene and consumer protection reasons:

Bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, sets): we do not accept returns of opened/unsealed or unpackaged bedding (including bedding removed from its original packaging).

Face masks: we do not accept returns of opened face masks.
If bedding or face masks arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with photos so we can assess a remedy.
10.3 Return shipping costs by region

EU (European Union): free returns (we provide a return method/label where available).

UK and USA: returns are accepted, but return shipping costs are paid by the customer (including any carrier fees).

For other regions (if offered), return shipping is paid by the customer unless we explicitly state otherwise.
If a return is due to our confirmed error (wrong item / defective item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide an alternative remedy_toggle, as required by law.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
10.4 Customs, duties, and import charges on returns (UK/USA)
For UK/USA returns, any customs duties, import taxes, or carrier handling fees related to the return shipment are the customer’s responsibility. If such charges are billed to us, we may deduct them from your refund where permitted by law.
10.5 Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We may hold the refund until we receive and inspect the returned goods (or you provide proof of return shipment, where applicable).
10.6 Exchanges
If you want an exchange, we may require that you return the item and place a new order (depending on stock and logistics).
10.7 Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory rights under applicable consumer law (including EU/EEA and UK consumer protections).
11. Defects, damaged items, and incorrect orders
If your item is defective, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at anvigela@outlook.com as soon as possible and include:

photos of packaging/labels (if damaged).
We may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the case and legal requirements.
12. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions may be time-limited, non-transferable, and subject to additional conditions. We may cancel promotions or refuse the use of codes in cases of suspected misuse, reselling, or fraud.
12A. Anti-reselling, bulk orders, wholesale, and distributors
12A.1 No unauthorized reselling
Our products are sold for personal use only unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Unauthorized reselling (including listing our products on marketplaces, social media shops, or third-party websites) is not permitted.
12A.2 Bulk orders and abuse prevention
We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, cancel, or partially fulfill any order if we reasonably believe it is:

placed by a reseller or for resale,

a bulk purchase intended to circumvent our pricing or promotions,
-
associated with fraudulent activity, chargeback risk, or other abuse.
Where an order is cancelled for these reasons, we will refund the amount paid for cancelled items. We may also restrict future purchases or terminate accounts related to suspected misuse.
12A.3 Wholesale / distributor opportunities
If you are interested in becoming an authorized reseller, wholesale buyer, or country distributor, we offer the possibility to enter into a separate distribution/wholesale agreement with specific pricing, territories, minimum order quantities (MOQs), and brand rules.

12A.4 Pricing integrity
We may restrict access to promotions, discount codes, and free return programs where we reasonably suspect misuse, bulk buying, or resale activity.
13. Accounts (if applicable)
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or appear to be used fraudulently.
14. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You agree not to:

misuse the Website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems;

We do not guarantee that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Auto Boom ApS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to a product order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Auto Boom ApS from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party rights.
21. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control (including carrier disruptions, strikes, supplier issues, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, or natural disasters).

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy published on the Website.
23. Messaging / SMS marketing terms (if offered)
If you sign up to receive SMS/text marketing messages from us (the “Messaging Service”), you consent to receive recurring marketing messages (including automated messages) at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message or by contacting us at anvigela@outlook.com. You may receive a final confirmation message. We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to carrier or network issues.

27) Product Safety and Use Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for:

We are not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:

- improper handling
- failure to follow care instructions
To the extent permitted by law.
28) Product Variations

Minor variations do not constitute defects.
29) Delivery Delays
