🔄 Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• items must be unused and unwashed
• all tags and packaging must be included
• returns must be approved before shipping

📸 Photos are required before return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

• opened bedding
• opened face masks
• used or washed items
• items marked Final Sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• refunds are issued to the original payment method
• original shipping costs are non-refundable
• return shipping costs are paid by the customer
• partial refunds may apply if items are not in original condition

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will provide a refund where applicable.
