SHIPPING POLICY

1) Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Denmark
European Union (EU) countries
United Kingdom (UK)
United States (USA)
2) Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-volume periods (sales events, product launches, or holidays), processing times may take longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.
3) Estimated Delivery Times (Not Guaranteed)
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Denmark & European Union (EU):
10–25 business days
United Kingdom (UK):
15–30 business days
United States (USA):
15–30 business days
Customs clearance may extend delivery times, especially for UK and USA shipments.
Note: Delivery times begin after order dispatch, not from the order date.
4) Shipping Origin (Important Notice)
All ANVIGELA products are shipped from China.
Orders may be shipped from international fulfilment centres depending on product availability.
5) Customs Duties, VAT, and Import Fees
Depending on your country's import regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and carrier handling fees upon arrival.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer's responsibility, unless otherwise stated.
European Union (EU) & Denmark
Due to EU import regulations, all orders may be subject to VAT and customs duties, regardless of order value.
United Kingdom (UK)
Customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the customer's responsibility.
United States (USA)
Import duties may apply for orders above $800 USD. These are the customer's responsibility.
These fees are not included in product prices or shipping costs.
If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs charges and returned to us, we may refund the order minus shipping costs and any return or handling fees charged to us.
ANVIGELA is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Destination
Order weight
Shipping method
Carrier rates
Shipping fees are displayed before payment confirmation.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by law.
7) Pre-Orders
A pre-order allows customers to purchase items before they are available in stock.
Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page.
Dispatch dates are approximate and may change due to production delays, transport issues, or customs processing.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we may:
Ship all items together when available, or
Ship items separately to improve delivery speed
Separate shipments will not incur additional shipping charges unless clearly stated.
8) Partial Shipments
We may ship items in multiple parcels to improve delivery speed.
If this occurs, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
9) Address Accuracy and Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.
Customers are also responsible for ensuring they are available to receive the parcel or collect it from a pickup location if required.
If a parcel is returned due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Refusal of delivery
Failure to collect from pickup point
Repeated failed delivery attempts
We may:
Reship the order at your expense, or
Refund the order minus shipping costs and any carrier fees.
10) Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot locate your parcel, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan.
If your parcel remains in transit for an unusually long time, contact us within 30 days of dispatch.
11) Tracking Delays
Tracking updates may take several days to appear after dispatch. This does not indicate that the parcel has been lost.
12) Shipping Protection (Optional)
At checkout, you may be offered Shipping Protection.
If Shipping Protection is purchased:
We will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund (at our discretion) if the courier confirms the package is lost or stolen.
If Shipping Protection is declined:
We will assist with courier investigations, but replacement or refund is not guaranteed for lost or stolen packages after dispatch, to the extent permitted by law.
13) Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed or dispatched and cannot be cancelled.
If an order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
14) Address Changes After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.
If an incorrect address was provided, we are not responsible for delivery failure.
Any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
15) Multiple Package Shipments
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
Packages may arrive at different times.
16) Import Responsibility Acknowledgement
By placing an order, the customer agrees to accept responsibility for any applicable import duties, VAT, or customs fees required by their country.
17) Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Pandemics
War
Government actions
Customs delays
Transportation disruptions
Carrier failures
18) Delivery Expectations
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
Destination country
Customs processing
Carrier workload
Seasonal demand
Public holidays
We recommend allowing extra time during peak periods.
19) Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law, including EU/EEA and UK consumer protections.
