1) Returns Period (30 Days)
We accept eligible returns within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible:
- A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- The returned item must be shipped within 7 days after receiving return approval and instructions.
Returns requested after 30 days may not be accepted.
2) EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason.
To exercise this right:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item.
- The item must be returned according to our instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or required by law.
3) Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)
For hygiene and product safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless faulty or incorrect on arrival:
- Opened or unsealed bedding (duvet covers, sheets, pillowcases, sets)
- Opened sleep masks
- Socks, underwear, or similar hygiene-sensitive items once opened
- Any item marked "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Items removed from original sealed packaging

4) Return Conditions
All returned items must be:
- unused
- unwashed
- in original, resalable condition
- returned with original packaging
Including:
- labels
- tags
- boxes
- inserts
- protective packaging
We reserve the right to:
- refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
- issue partial refunds if returned items show reduced value
5) Photo Verification Required
Before shipping any return, customers must provide:
- clear photos of the item
- packaging photos
- label photos
Returns shipped without prior photo approval may be rejected.
6) Return Shipping Costs
European Union (EU) & Denmark
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless:
- the item is faulty
- the wrong item was delivered
- required by law
United Kingdom (UK) & United States (USA)
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
Customers are responsible for:
- return shipping costs
- customs duties
- import taxes
- handling fees
If such fees are charged to us, they may be deducted from your refund.
7) Return Location (Important)
Approved returns must be shipped only to the return address provided after return approval.
Returns sent:
- without approval
- to an incorrect address
- or to the original shipping address
may not be accepted or refunded.
Returns may need to be sent to an international return address outside the European Union (including China), depending on product origin.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
We strongly recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
8) Shipping Fees Are Non-Refundable
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, except where required by law.
9) Bundles, Sets, and Promotions
If items were purchased as part of a bundle:
- The full bundle must be returned for a full refund.
If a partial return is approved:
- Remaining items will be recalculated at standard retail price.
- Refunds will reflect adjusted pricing.
Discount eligibility may be recalculated after returns.

- returned items are physically received at the return address

Providing tracking information alone does not qualify for a refund.

To exchange an item:

- photos or video of the issue
- packaging photos
- shipping label photos
We will provide:
- replacement

- or another suitable solution

13) Refused or Unclaimed Returns

- returned due to unpaid customs
We may deduct:
- return shipping costs
- customs fees
- handling charges
From the refund amount.
14) Excessive or Fraudulent Returns

15) Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
